Guanbaolin is recruiting senior directors for domestic and international sales, finance, and activated carbon production technology.

Sales Director (Domestic and International) — salary from RMB 15,000. Responsibilities: understand activated carbon products and the industry well enough to work with technical information; formulate and execute domestic and international sales strategy; take responsibility for sales and market share; build a sales team from the ground up and define targets, incentives and assessment; develop priority overseas markets including Southeast Asia and Africa; establish channels, agents and key-account systems, with agency development focused on Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia; lead major negotiations, contract signing and strategic cooperation; maintain core customer relationships; monitor sales data, market developments and competitors; and continuously improve sales strategy.

Sales Director requirements: bachelor's degree or above, with international trade, business or management preferred; annual activated carbon industry sales performance of RMB 20 million; at least five years of sales-management experience and a successful record of leading overseas market development; business English sufficient for independent negotiation, reporting and contract communication; practical experience in key-account development, channel management, overseas exhibitions and cross-border business; strong goal orientation, leadership, negotiation, resilience and cross-cultural communication; willingness to travel overseas; and familiarity with the industry's global market structure preferred.

Finance Director — salary from RMB 10,000. Responsibilities: oversee domestic and international financial strategy, budgeting, internal control, funding and risk management; establish financial-management policies, accounting systems, consolidated reporting and tax planning suitable for multi-country requirements; manage funding, financing, cash flow, exchange-rate exposure, costs and investment decisions; lead annual budgeting, operational analysis and profitability modelling; and provide financial analysis and risk assessment for major investment, mergers and acquisitions, overseas expansion and strategic cooperation.

Finance Director requirements: bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, financial services, economics or a related discipline; more than ten years of financial-management experience; strong knowledge of international accounting standards, cross-border funds, foreign-exchange management, consolidated statements and internal-control audits; no adverse record; and familiarity with the relevant industry regulations.

Activated Carbon Production Process Technology Director (Domestic and International) — salary from RMB 15,000. Responsibilities: take overall responsibility for activated carbon production processes, technical R&D, quality stability and capacity optimisation; improve the production-process system; understand activated carbon applications and products; lead optimisation across carbonisation, activation and high-specific-surface-area activated carbon processes; improve stable operating efficiency; manage trials and scale-up, technical training and production guidance; standardise operating procedures and quality control; resolve major technical and quality issues; control feedstock quality, formulations and process parameters to support stable production across multiple plants; maintain product consistency; and translate customer technical requirements into customised process plans that support key-account development.

Technology Director requirements: a background in chemical engineering, materials, forest-products chemistry or a related field, including at least five years as a technical lead in activated carbon production; more than ten years of activated carbon production-process management experience; full familiarity with high-quality wood-based and coconut-shell activated carbon production; expert knowledge of mainstream activation furnaces, rotary furnaces, carbonisation furnaces and their operation and commissioning; a successful record in process optimisation, plant modification, quality improvement and cost control; the ability to resolve major on-site technical issues independently; strong site management, problem-solving, team leadership and cross-functional coordination; and willingness to travel overseas.
