Xinjiang regeneration and production base

Established in August 2019, Xinjiang Guanbaolin Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. is located in the Shuangfeng Chemical Industrial Park, Tiemenguan, Xinjiang. The facility focuses on the recovery and regeneration of spent activated carbon, alongside activated-carbon production and environmental-equipment manufacturing.

The site operates rotary-kiln activation and regeneration systems. Its published annual handling and regeneration capacity is 15,000 tonnes of activated carbon. The service scope links process consultation, solution design, environmental-equipment manufacture, installation support, operation service, spent-carbon recovery and regenerated or new-carbon supply.

Pilot testing and process-planning capability

Guanbaolin operates two independently developed pilot laboratories covering approximately 500 m². The facilities include equipment for acid washing, crushing, screening, milling, granulation and drying; low-, medium- and high-temperature carbonization trials; carbon-and-steam co-production trials; high-temperature steam physical activation; integrated carbonization and activation; and spent activated-carbon regeneration trials.

A separate laboratory of approximately 100 m² is equipped to test raw materials, carbonized material and activated-carbon parameters. Pilot and laboratory work can support process selection and scale-up discussions before a production or regeneration project is defined.
